NB: Please note that we do not offer inscriptions on cakes for Birthdays, Christenings, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s day and Valentine’s Day. In these instances, a Custom Cake and or other dessert item can be ordered without the inscriptions.

For Cakes and or dessert items orders need to be a minimum of 5 days in advance.

For specialized fondant design cakes orders need to be placed a minimum of 7 days in advance.

For Wedding cakes order need to place 30 days in advance.

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required upon request of any and all services or full payment if preferred can be provided upon request of all orders and bookings.

The full amount for your orders or bookings needs to be paid 48 hours before the delivery date.

A transfer of payment for any orders can be made to my personal CIBC FCIB account in the name of Poosha Valdez to account number 10283232

Cancellation Policy
In instances where the full amount has been paid the client will be refunded a 50% portion of their total payment within two to three working days.
